Student Handbook
Our latest Student Handbook for University College Falmouth features multiple options for the front cover and an A to Z of graphic icons taken from walls, shopfronts and street furniture around Falmouth.
Developed in conjunction with a student project team of graphic designers, illustrators and photographers, we creatively facilitated this project from concept to artworking for print. A textured, gritty look (or, as it became known in the studio, 'scraps of crap') forms the basis of the design, with use of 100% recycled paper extending this to give a tactile, toothy finish to the printed pages. You know you've achieved the look you're going for when the printer rings to ask if you wanted the dirty areas on the page to print. Oh we want that dirt yes we do.
